FamilyLine Surrey is a confidential freephone telephone helpline for any
family member of any age that may be experiencing difficulties. Problems
can be as diverse as feelings of isolation through to major issues such as abuse
or substance mis-use.
Our team of volunteers is available from 10am to 10pm Monday to Friday.
Each volunteer is fully trained to listen carefully and to help the caller
identify possible solutions. FamilyLine also holds an extensive database
of specialist agencies to which the caller can be signposted if required.
