 Surrey District Sea Cadets

Surrey District consists of nine units, 7 in Surrey and 2 in Sussex.

Caterham, Camberley, Crawley, Farnham, Horsham, Guildford, Reigate, Staines and Woking.

The Sea Cadet Corps is a National, uniformed youth organisation with a nautical theme, open to boys and girls (10 – 18) of all colours and creeds. It is entirely voluntary and largely supported by charity. It is neither pre-service nor a recruiting organisation. Cadets are encouraged to participate in many activities including the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.

The Corps aims to help young people to responsible adulthood by developing self-discipline, self respect, team work and consideration for others.
