Young Peoples Rural Project Fund

A new fund to support rural youth work with young people has been established by the Surrey Community Foundation in partnership with Surrey CVYS.

 The details of the fund are:

bullet

Grants of up to £500 are available to purchase equipment/materials or to organise activities for both new and existing rural youth groups.

bullet

All applications will need to confirm that the funds will be used for the furtherance of youth work for the ages 9-18 years.

bullet

Evidence will be needed of how the funds were spent.

bullet

Applications are to be written by young people and confirm that the need for funds has been agreed by the group.

bullet

Each application to be countersigned by a leader.
